How do I process a return?Updated a month ago

To process a return, go to our Returns Portal

Step 1:  Complete the return in the return's portal 

Step 2: Print the return label. 

Step 3: Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition, and include your printed return invoice

Step 4: Place your shipping label on the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown if needed

If you opted in and paid for Free Returns + Package Protection when you made your purchase, all returns and exchanges will be FREE.

If you didn't select the risk-free option, all other orders are subject to shipping costs on returns/exchanges. 

The restocking fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to your credit card. The credit will be applied once returned merchandise is received and inspected. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
